Here is a list of known issues and possible work arounds. These issues will be fixed in the upcoming release V1.1.
The command line does not work correctly under Vista. (Run as administator the first time when you register the product).
Command line help says that you can use include & exclude objects. (However this functionality is not available.)
Cannot edit extend properties of longer than around 800 characters.
SQL Script highlighter does not highlight some SQL2005 objects
