"Failed to get resource file"

I have repeatedly gotten the above error (thats not verbatim, I'll update when and if it happens again, but its along those lines) when generating an undo script.

The problem is this error is not trapped. It is not logged in the Event Viewer, and its a fatal error and causes the program to shut down.

Here is the exact phrasing of the error:

"Failed to load Resources from Resource file, please check your setup"

And the program shuts down.

This occurred while attempting to generate a script from 3 line items in my transaction log, and after the program threw a StackException error
