Hello,
we have a performance problem with a function that can only be reproduced on the client's system.

What are best practises for finding the problem?

As far as I know, remote profiling is not possible with performance profiler.

We could install performance profiler on the client's system, but would that be covered by the license?

Are there other options?

Thank you for your post!

You are correct--remote profiling is not possible with the profiler, I'm sorry to say.

Regarding installing on the client's machine..

If the profiler has never been installed there before, it will actually install with a 2-week trial. However, if need be, you'll just need to make sure one of your activations are free if the trial has expired and you need to go ahead and activate on that machine.
