Does SQL Compare support the new ColumnStore indexes? I two SQL Server 2012 databases. One has ColumnStore indexes, the other does not. When I try to compare them, I get an error "Failed to compare two element in the array". The error occurs at the "Reading Indexes" stage. I can compare 2012 databases that do not have ColumnStore indexes.

We currently do not support ColumnStore indexes.
There is an existing feature request with the internal reference number of SC-5657.
I have added your inquiry to the existing request.
