I regularly use Red Gate for database backups. Now I'm getting involved in Analysis Services (SSAS) and I want to back up the database(s) created in SSAS. I don't think that SQL Backup can do this, but please prove me wrong. Is there another tool which can?

Thanks for your post.

Unfortunately SQL Backup only works with your system & user databases and won't work with Analysis services ones (as you suspected).

I'm not aware of a 3rd party tool off the top of my head that would help, but a quick google led to some useful looking information here
