That is, I can open a project but none of the buttons seem to work. Not "Copy", "Switch", "Save", "Save As", "Compare Now" or "Cancel".

It used to work. It's been a few weeks since I've needed to run it.

Any clues

So it appears that sometimes you may need to hit the 'Compare now' several times to kick-off the comparison. We are going to have investigate further, as we have not seen this behaviour before
