Thank you for your post into the forum.
Whilst you can import data from a CSV, sadly you cannot create generated data into a CSV file. The product only creates the generated data directly into the database.
You can using SQL Data Compare export the compared data into CSV files. For example, if you generated data into an empty database and then compared this database with another empty database, you will then be able to export the generated data into a CSV format.
