Creating custom ignore rules?

First, I'm on SQL Compare 8 and that forum does not exist , so I'm posting here.

I'd like to know if it is possible to define a custom ignore rule that will ignore part of a name?

Here's my example, we generate or tables in our QA environment and they have a name with contains a prefix designating this fact, for example:
QA_TheTableName translates to just TheTableName when our build system generates the Production schema.

The problem I'd like to solve is: I don't want a Diff to be generated when SQLCompare runs for this situation, ie, treat any references to QA_TheTableName and TheTableName as identical.

Is this possible?
