error opening saved profiler results

I am experiencing an error every time i try to open a profile results file. The error i receive is :


Specified argument was out of the range of valid values.Parameter name: length

System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException
at ??.??.
�(Int64 , Int32 )
at ???.???.GetUIStream(String )

at �.??.?�(Object , GenericEventArgs`1 )
at �.??..�?(IDispatchTask )

I do not know what this would entail to, i will admit the file is large about 7.1gb. was a weeks worth of data. If someone knows the cause of this and if possible a way to fix it that would be great.

Or at least let me know that cause of this error so i don't repeat the same mistake.

I do believe you have pushed the system to its (non-hardcoded limits)- sorry. We usually feel that 2GB of data is about the application's confortable limit.

So- this is all rather bad news. But! In recognition of the fact that people like you need such *continuous* profiling- we are going to be supporting this feature in the next major version of ANTS (v7) this is due out very soon (next month).
