Hello
This error occured when registering data sources. I am running a compare for the first time between an emtpy local SQL Express 2008 R2 database and an Azure database
I've since been sent this patch which resolved this issue thanks

| Is there a chance that the SQL Source Control tool will get this fix for SQL Azure too? I would love to have it:) |

You may find the EAP of SQL Source Control 3 will support it, as it should be using the updated engine from SQL Compare (i've not personally tried it though)
Generally I don't think we'd envisage you'd source control an Azure DB directly, rather, you'd work on a local one then deploy it up to the cloud using SQL Compare. |
