API to link database to source control

Anyone know if there is there an API call to perform the equivalent of 'link database to source control' (in the SSMS integration feature)?

There's no API available to programatically link/unlink databases I'm afraid.
The details are held in an XML file in your user profile, but because the working folders that the product uses are named randomly at the point of linking you can't just take that file and move it to another PC.

If it's a feature that's important to you, please do add it as a suggestion on our uservoice though!
