Hello,
Installed the SQL Source Control with the VSS link - and on my connection to SQL Server, everything is fine. My database connectiosn to VSS, goes green when I commit the database, and everything is fine.
bUT, when another user goes into MS SQL Enterprise Manager, the database is shown unlinked - and they have the option to link again.
SHould it not be linked on their screens as well?
What am I missing? |

The linking information isn't stored in the database. it's stored locally for the user. However, we are looking at storing the repository information in a database-level extended property, which we'd be able to infer to link the databases.
In the meantime, you'll need to link separately for each SSMS instance.
