Hi John,
Just click Yes and it'll upgrade you to the free 6.7 release. In a couple of weeks we'll be releasing the final, non-expiring, 6.8 release. You'll be able to download that via Help > Check For Updates, or you can just wait for 6.7 to expire around the end of June. 6.8 will last forever and there will be no more forced upgrades but bear in mind that you can only get it by upgrading from within Reflector.
