Error when trying to commit changes

When I click on the tab to Commit Changes the wait wheel get to "Calculating Changes" and then errors out with the following error:

This looks like a problem parsing one of your objects' definitions on first glance.

Does it say which file triggered the problem in the error message?

It didn't say which file but after shutting down and restarting SSMS a couple of times, it started working.
