SQLCompare has the ability to ignore such things as collation and constraint names. When checked they will not show up in the displayed create scripts (for example Collations)

Is there a way to tell source control to ignore these settings when checking in code?

Thanks for your post.

Currently these type of things aren't configurable, but there are a couple of suggestions that you may want to add your vote on, here:

Allow same options as SQL Compare

and Ignore collation, PK name etc

Thanks!

Thanks I have moved my votes to http://redgate.uservoice.com/forums/39019-sql-source-control/suggestions/466902-offer-customizable-options in an attempt to consolidate the request.
