Change Email sent by Web Service

Is there any way I can change the Email Subject / Text that the Web Service sends once a report has been posted / accepted?

I want to change "An error has been reported." sorts of emails

Also: placeholder substitution such as for Application, Company, Report Guid etc.pp. would be great.

Try the SDK that comes with the professional version (or the trial)- you can customize all these aspects of the error reprting feature. It comes with all the examples that you'll need to get you started.

Thanks, tried that already, but what I want to do is a little different. The Web Service that receives our reports sends an email automatically to inform my team of a new report being made available. As I have learned from Support, this is currently not supported to change these emails sent by the service.
