Does anyone know how to get the following formatting to work?
From

inserted )
IF EXISTS ( SELECT TOP 1

IF EXISTS ( SELECT TOP 1 1 FROM inserted )
IF EXISTS ( SELECT TOP 1 1 FROM deleted )
AND
This
FROM
deleted
INNER JOIN INSERTED
ON DELETED.PeopleId = INSERTED.PeopleId
to
FROM deleted
.INNER JOIN INSERTED
ON DELETED.PeopleId = INSERTED.PeopleId
