Plus we've fixed a host of bugs, including:
OC-261 (Can't cast System.DBNull to type 'System.String' error when comparing Java sources)
OC-276 (Schema name is sometimes stripped from triggers/packages/sequences)
OC-284 (String buffer is too small/program is too large (Diana nodes) error when using the tool to synchronize databases)
OC-277 (Can't cast System.DBNull to type 'System.String' error when comparing SYS schemas)
OC-301 (Duplicate constraints generated in the sync script on tables containing multiple circular dependencies)
OC-256 (Crash on registration when user can't access the all_operator_comments view)
