Patch to Red Gate SQL Prompt 4.0.4.23 - 04 June 2010

This build of SQL Prompt should address the following issues in SQL Prompt 4.0:

SP-2770 SQL prompt doesn't layout query with Alter view statement
Sp-2773 Layout for CREATE VIEW doesn't work as per expectation.
SP-2844 SQL Prompt is creating an instert into statement to a table computed columns and this leads to an error.
SP-2860 Layout for Alter View is vile, and inconsistent
SP-2884 Incorrect capitalization in the alias suggestion
SP-2889 Roaming profiles don't work with the registry key fix
SP-2913 Support: Formatting issues for Cursor statements
SP-2921 Add support for VS 2010
SP-2943 SQL Prompt gives error in Visual studio 2010 while formatting
SP-2953 Custom Alias not incremented if used more than once
SP-2952 nvarchar column have a default NULL value when using Insert into feature
