RedGate ANTS Profiler 4.3.0.198 throws exception

Hi.
Trying to use ANTS 4.3. The same error with 4.1.
I'm on Win Srv 2008 R2.
Run x86 .net application and immediately get this error:

I believe this particular issue was fixed with V5 which is the latest version. You can download it from the profiler index page.
