| I have an application that updates SQL Databases using older versions of SQL Compare. In the help, it give me a file list that will be created when I activate the software, some of these files are not there. I tried create a snapshot, I tried running a command line operation and still no files. How to I get the files necessary with the new version? |

I believe you are referring to the "distribution" files that you got after activating older versions of SQL Compare command-line. This has changed and not the command-line needs an "Automation License" for each computer on which you want to run the command-line tools.
Please see: http://www.red-gate.com/supportcenter/content/SQL_Compare/knowledgebase/sc_changes_to_distribution_cl
The best things to do would be either to downgrade back to your previous version, or contact sales@red-gate.com to inquire what your upgrade options are. _________________ Brian Donahue
