Yes, sorry this is a known issue. Can you try with the command line version please:
>"C:\Program Files\Red Gate\SmartAssembly 6\smartassembly.com"
"full_path_to\sa_build_file.saproj" |

 Now i tryed to build a bigger Project (The assemblies get Obfuscated and Encryptet) but the Console-Application just closes after a short Time. And the builded Assembly isn't in the Folder i chosed. |
