Hi Cebnet,
Thank you for your post into the forum.
A SQL Compare snapshot file is a binary file containing information regarding the structure of a database. So if the database has permissions set on individual objects, the snapshot file will contain this information.
When you compare the snapshot file with another data source, you will be able to see the differences in permissions and create a deployment script.
