|
|
Having converted the installation docx to a pdf (excellent job done by http://convertonlinefree.com/) I was interested to see the reassuring list:
| Code: |
Compatibility
The Reporting Services Pack is compatible with the following versions of SQL Server:
SQL Server 2005
SQL Server 2008
SQL Server 2008R2
SQL Server 2012 [testing in progress]
Other versions have not been tested. |
How sad it was when loading reports 07 and 08 to be greeted with:
| Code: |
| The report definition is not valid. Details: The report definition has an invalid target namespace 'http://schemas.microsoft.com/sqlserver/reporting/2008/01/reportdefinition' which cannot be upgraded. (rsInvalidReportDefinition) |
Methinks the "2008" in the schema namespace gives a clue...
Can you supply SSRS2005 versions of these two, please? I have one "problem DB" that grows rapidly and the 07 report looked to give me some usable stats on that - until I tried to upload it... |

Hi PDinCA,
Apologies for the issue. We are aware of this issue and would be fixing it asap. I will post here as soon as we have uploaded updated reports.
Thanks,

Both are now compatible and run fine.
Many thanks. |
