Hi,
When trying to open a snapshot of a database that I have made with a previous build of SQL Compare 10, I get the error "Unable to read beyond the end of the stream".
I am currently running SQL Compare 10.2.3.1.
Does anyone know how I can open this snapshot? I probably need a different build of SQL Compare 10, but I have no idea which or where to download?

Hi,
I checked a snapshot file here in Notepad++ to see if the Compare version was written in the file, but I couldn't (obviously) spot it.
You can look here: ftp://support.red-gate.com/patches/SQLCompare/ as you can download older versions from there (if you can recall which build it was created in...) |

It took me a while to find the correct version, but using version 10.2.0.696 did the trick!
