I have User Defined Type showing up that it requires a change.
But the Preview show them as the same.

Please can you send us an example?
It does not necessarily need to be your actual UDT, but one that you are able to use to reliably reproduce the problem.
Please can you send this to support@red-gate.com and include the support ticket number F0065892 in the subject line. Can you also include a listing of the project options that you are using for the comparison.

Thank you for your email and the example UDT script.
I have been able to reproduce the behaviour on my test machine using your example object. Unfortunately, I am unsure why this is occurring. I have therefore logged a bug report for the development team to review. The reference for this is SC-6084. If there is any news, I will let you know.
