I think the whole system of distribution has changed in version 10. Have you tried adding the /activateserial argument? _________________ Brian Donahue

Starting with SQL Compare 10.2.0.1337, there is a new "automation licence" for SQL Compare. Sorry the docs are out of date. I'll email the sales team and see if they can send you a new serial number. _________________ Brian Donahue

Hi Dan,
Please wait for an email from our sales people. I haven't been given any guidance as to how to approach this - basically the licensing is being re-done for the command-line in order to support "continuous integration" and "deployment" in a better way. _________________ Brian Donahue
