Is there an XML file that can be edited to allow the Migration Script headers to have some different text in it?

It is theoretically possible as I just tested this, although I can't guarantee that it's supported. You can edit the Name tag in the .migration script xml file and change the name to correspond to a file name you rename the .sql script to as well as the .migrationscript.

It would make sense for us to allow this to be editable in future, but I can't say when this might be.
