This is my first post,
I am doing a compare between QA and PROD.

Thank you for your post into the forum.
The only option available in SQL Compare which is enabled by default is for SQL Compare to decrypt encrypted objects on 2005 and 2008 databases. You will find this option by editing the Project ->Options Tab ->Behavior section ->Decrypt encrypted objects on 2005 and 2008 databases.
If this is not the option you are seeking, please reply with further information as to what you are viewing or occurs when running SQL Compare and why you wish to disable it.
Many Thanks
