I would like to know if it is safe to manually delete old files in the AppData\Local\Temp\RedGate folder.
Files seem to be accumulating here at some rate (currently almost 2000 in a 5 month period).
I don't know which tool is leaving them behind as we use several (Compare/DataCompare/SQL Prompt and Source Control to name a few).
File names, for example, like these:
0b83e2cf-1a61-4059-b0f8-f328d7dfcfd4.tmp
BE3bcf7204-fb1c-4f91-bf46-c79e4e0fce2a.tmp
SC_BS_e5faf5b8-236f-4bed-9594-3920ac8008ce.tmp
If no tools are running is it safe to delete all of them? On system startup for example.

You can safely delete the temporary files.
