Hello -
Is there a way with 7.0.6.2 to back up just specific tables of any given database? Or are the only options Full, Diff, Log?

Hi
It is not possible to back up specific tables. However, you can select Filegroups or files on step 2 of the backup wizards, then select the particular filegroups or files of a database that you want to back up.
