In looking at the two available options on the SQL Tab Magic toolbar, I can't help but wonder what the "Use Keyboard Shortcuts" option does. I can't find any documentation on this feature at all.

Some Tab magic options have keyboard shortcuts (although the only one I can spot so far is CTRL-T for "Find Open Tab".
You may find that these conflict with ones already in use in SSMS, so the option you mention lets you disable them in Tab Magic.
