Unfortunately, the red rosettes indicate that you are using a Standard SQL Prompt license. Those features marked with the rosette can only be accessed when activated with a Professional license.

I'am using evalution Prof version.
I have license for SQL Promt 4. SQL Promt 4 Prof have this bug, too. |

My apologies, yes this may well be a bug.
I have created SP-4447 in our bug tracking system and have has the development team to review the way that this option is implemented.
