I'm wondering if there is a way to configure your alert so that it send notification to recipients when alert error occurs and also when it ends. I'm able to see the alert status as ended but no notification is sent out for that. I think that this is a very necessary function that could help prevent waking up in the middle of the night if alert has been cleared.
Any help is very much appreciated! |

Hi
In SQL Monitor > Configuration > Email Settings there should be an option to 'Also send emails when: An alert's status changes to Ended'. If you check this option and save then you should get that kind of notification.
Is this what you're looking for?
