hi
I use [SQL Comparison SDK 8] and I try to connect [SQL Server 2012] and compare two databases with RedGate given sample [SQLCompareCodeSnippets.vbproj]
when the following code runs :

i see this error :

|
it is not happens when i try to connect SQL Server 2008
i need some help please |

I'm afraid that version 8 of the SQL Comparison SDK doesn't support connecting to SQL 2012 databases - the latest version of the SDK is version 10 ( http://www.red-gate.com/products/sql-development/sql-comparison-sdk/ ), which will support SQL 2012 connections. If you've got an active support and upgrades contract you can upgrade for free - if not, you can contact sales@red-gate.com to talk about an upgrade.
