Could not load file or assembly 'RedGate.Licensing.Client'

Hi,Support

Am use SQL Comarison SDK 10 Trial and I create new project with VB
for compare and sync my database. When I debug in VS and create setup and use my app in my PC it very perfect. But when I test on another PC
I have bug same as text below
>> Could not load file or assembly 'RedGate.Licensing.Client, Version=3.0.1.170, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=7f465a1c156d4d57' or one of its dependencies. Strong name validation failed. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8013141A)
