Hi,
after a reinstallatino of Red Gate tools, the sql compare integratio with sql server management studio is not active anymore. I remember in previous installation that a right-click on a database in sql server management studio permits me to start a sql compare, now the menu is just gone.
how can I enable management studio integration to work again?

There should be a seperate item in your SQL Toolbelt Installer called 'SSMS Integration Pack 1.0' - re-installing that specifically might help?
If you're still having trouble, we're currently looking into improvements to SSMS integration so hopefully we can get to the bottom of what's wrong with it for you - it doesn't currently work with the SQL Server 2012 version of Management Studio, for instance, which we should have fixed in a couple of weeks. |
