Hi,
I have a table that uses a sql_variant as part of its primary key. Any plans to support this?

I am not currently aware of any plans to include support for sql_variant in the comparison key. I would recommend that you make a suggestion on the SQL Data Compare UserVoice forum, where other users can vote and comment. The development team take these suggestions into account.
