We have a VB6 COM/Active X Exe Server, which loads a .Net 2.0 DLL.
Is it possible with the profiler to attache to the server to profile the memory in the .net 2.0 assembly?

Yes -- provided you launch the process you want to profile from the memory profiler. You can memory profile any process that loads up the .NET Framework, even if the hosting executable is not a pure .NET assembly itself.
