is it possible to profile the .net application for multi user. if possible means how can i profile it Rolling Eyes

Use the profile hosted in IIS option -- any number of users can connect to it just as if it was running in IIS. It's not profiling only the requests being sent from the Internet Explorer instance you open, if that's what you're thinking.
