reflexil is unable to save this assembly

When I try to save with reflexil 1.2 ( right-click the exe) and choose save as, I get this message:
"reflexil is unable to save this assembly"

I even tried to save without modifying the file, and I get the same message.

reflexil 1.1 works well, but I want to use 1.2.
I think there is some randomness involved, since few times it works.
Any help?
