Profiler seems to work but once snapshot is taken IE crashes. This app did not used to respond this way to profiling but I have upgraded to Windows 7 recently and we have changed the app to run inside a Shell using MEF.

Please help, cannot profile at all. If unable to resolve please advise how to obtain refund as my team needs a working profiler.

Can you post any debug information please such as a stack trace or windows application event log errors?
