So I've known about the expiration deal for a while now and decided to give 7 a trial run and I've noticed one thing in particular.
Performance, responsiveness, and overall appearance of the program has gone completely down the tube! Is this a complete rewrite or something by entirely new people?
I'm not sure what you guys did, but you really mucked things up. It takes eons to decompile something which took mere moments previously. Input responsiveness has taken a hit. You added a lot of weird animations that seem entirely unnecessary (hovering over a tab).
I'm really not particularly pleased with the direction this product has taken from 6 to 7, and to be frank, it makes the added price appear to be a joke. |

Hi there,
Try downloading the 7.2 EA build from the www.reflector.net homepage - we've cured the performance problems, which were mainly due to an errant build step which caused an excessive number of strong name verification checks every time Reflector was run. This lead to a very noticeable slowdown, particularly on start-up. We've also cured a few other smaller problems to further improve the performance. We're planning to put this out as a release within the next week or two.
If you have any other feedback about technical issues with 7.x, please feel free to post at http://forums.reflector.net/.
Hope that helps.
Many thanks,
