One to add to your list:

SQL Search has a critical error when I stop then start a replication agent job and wants to crash SSMS. If you choose ignore and attempt to continue it does let you continue without closing SSMS. I sent a couple of the error reports when it asked just now but figured I'd report it here as well.

Additional Info:
Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio 10.0.1600.22 ((SQL_PreRelease).080709-1414 )
Microsoft Analysis Services Client Tools 2007.0100.1600.022 ((SQL_PreRelease).080709-1414 )
Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) 2000.085.1132.00 (xpsp.080413-0852)
Microsoft MSXML 2.6 3.0 4.0 5.0 6.0
Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0.5730.13
Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0.50727.3082
Operating System 5.1.2600

Also installed:
SSMS Tools Pack 1.9.4.0
SQL Prompt 5.0.0.651
SQL Source Control 1.1.0.19

And some other apps in the dev toolbelt.

This is a bit more general and seems to happen when I do quite a few different things with agent jobs, including enabling and or disabling them.

Very sad to have to uninstall it until this gets fixed :/.
