I am trying to debug an in browser silverlight app and frequently it will launch the browser but will not connect to the process. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
I have to keep trying over and over and eventually it will work - so far I have not seen a pattern. |

You probably won't find a pattern as the issue is Internet Explorer can sometimes put the Silverlight Runtime in a different browser process. The solution is to kill all iexplore processes using Task Manager.
