(I thought I saw a post about this but couldn't find it.)
We are comparing different DBs with the same schemas to committed SVN scripts of a "source" database. Because of automated constraint naming in SQL Server, there are a lot of unimportant conflicts. Other than accepting the constraint names from SVN, is there a way to ignore the constraint name differences?

Yes, this is possible. It's an option in SQL Compare, not SQL Source Control.
Let me know if you have trouble finding it.
