We have seen this happen a few times now. No errors are thrown, the program just crashes. Let me know if I can provide any debug information.

Hi David,
sorry you are running into intermittent problems with the installer. I will ask one of our support engineers to get in contact directly. Hopefully we can get to the bottom of this quickly as it may affect other customers.
