Package to Upgrade to a Database Error

I am getting the following message when I attempt to run this option:



I am using the trial to see how this works out.

Can anyone tell me what this means and how to troubleshoot it if it is something I did?

Hi,

This error usually means that there is not enough storage space for the data comparison.

Your company's response time is killing my production. I hope you guys are better on my 2nd question.

We are trying the demo at this point and if we end up in a bind and don't get answer for days after our original post, then this app would be more of a hindrance than it would be a time saver.
