Have you tried to stop and start the HyperBac service (taking any compressed SSC or SVR databases offline first), then test again _________________ Jeffrey Aven

Are you able to try a higher value for VirtualDiskSize? Try 1000 for instance. _________________ Jeffrey Aven

Hi guys - Any update on this I am getting the same issue..
getting this error:
---------------------
There is insufficient free space on disk volume 'D:\' to create the database. The database requires 977621483520 additional free bytes, while only 79303319552 bytes are available.
RESTORE DATABASE is terminating abnormally.
Exception Message:
VirtualDiskSize setting required: add the line 'VirtualDiskSize=911' to hyperbac.conf. See http://www.red-gate.com/SVR/v2.1/VirtualDiskSize for more details.
---------------------
But I have added this: VirtualDiskSize=911
to the config - restarted and still the same error.. |
