| Is there only one login for accessing the website? It doesn't appear that there is any place to add SQL Monitor accounts, but I thought that I'd ask. |

Hi
Yes there is currently only one login for the website. The functionality is fairly basic but it is on our roadmap to implement a more flexible, multi-user security system.
We are tracking this on an enhancement request (ref SRP-3008). The more requests we get for this, the sooner it will be implemented.
Regards

Add me up to this request
[MOD] Preferably using windows authentication or some type of mixed mode with role based authorisation on defining permissions.
Also marking as 'read only user' is an important option |

The good news is we are working on this feature right now and it is due for release in version 3.0 of SQL Monitor.
We have an early access program (EAP) for version 3.0 and the next EAP release (due in the next couple of weeks) will contain a first implementation of this feature.
If you would like to participate, please email eapmonitor@red-gate.com.
Best regards,
Fiona |
